A Portion of All of Phil's Commissions Goes to Charity
Phil volunteers weekly at New Image Youth Center (NIYC) during the Orange County school year — and every client can choose whether their portion goes to NIYC or a charity of their own.
How It Works
A Portion of Every Commission Goes to Charity
Whenever Phil sells or buys a home and his commission is received, he donates — to the charity of your choice, or to New Image Youth Center below. It's built into how Phil does business, not an afterthought.
Where Phil Volunteers
New Image Youth Center
Every Wednesday during the school year, Phil volunteers at New Image Youth Center, teaching improv comedy to local kids. Supporting America's youth is key to a stronger democracy — no kid should be left behind. Phil believes improv builds real-life skills: teamwork, creativity, public speaking, listening, leadership, and the ability to play and have fun.
